We are a not-for-profit humanitarian organization operating under the umbrella of United Share Life, our parent organization.
We are dedicated to serving vulnerable individuals, families, and communities affected by poverty, conflict, displacement, and other humanitarian crises. Through practical support and community-focused programs, we restore dignity, promote self-reliance, strengthen resilience, and improve overall well-being.
Recognizing that humanitarian needs are multidimensional, our interventions address not only immediate physical needs but also health, education, livelihoods, and spiritual and psychosocial well-being. As part of the United Share Life network, we are driven by a shared mission to create lasting, community-rooted change.

We are dedicated to restoring dignity and promoting self-reliance for vulnerable individuals and communities affected by poverty, conflict, and displacement.

Apostle Dr. Jude Dike founded ShareLife Community Development Initiative (SCDI), on a simple but profound conviction: that every human being regardless of circumstance deserves to be treated with dignity, cared for wholly, and given the opportunity to rise again.
Under his leadership, SCDI has grown into a holistic humanitarian organization that refuses to treat people as problems to be solved. Instead, we address the whole person physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual because that is how real, lasting change happens.
He believes that leadership in humanitarian service is not about standing above communities, but standing with them listening, learning, and walking alongside the vulnerable until hope is restored and self-reliance is achieved.
We organize medical outreaches for children, young people, the elderly, internally displaced persons, and other underserved groups. Our healthcare support includes medical consultations, treatment, referrals, and, where possible, sponsorship or facilitation of surgeries and other essential medical procedures.
Over time, we have supported the treatment of various illnesses and facilitated access to medical operations for internally displaced persons and other vulnerable beneficiaries who may otherwise be unable to afford essential healthcare. Through these interventions, we seek to reduce barriers to healthcare and contribute to improved health outcomes among vulnerable populations.
We provide humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons, particularly those affected by armed conflict, violence, and attacks in communities across Nigeria, including Benue State.
Our interventions are designed to help displaced families meet immediate and essential needs while supporting their dignity, resilience, and ability to cope with the challenges associated with displacement. Where appropriate, assistance is provided in coordination with community-based efforts and other relevant stakeholders.
Our relief programs provide essential food items such as rice, beans, yams, maize, potatoes, millet with biscuit for children, and other staple foods to vulnerable individuals and families.
We also distribute essential non-food items, including clothing, footwear, detergents, rechargeable or battery-powered lights, and other household necessities. These interventions are aimed at helping families meet basic needs, particularly during periods of crisis, displacement, and severe economic hardship.
We develop empowerment and livelihood initiatives for vulnerable individuals and families, particularly survivors of conflict, displacement, poverty, and other forms of hardship.
Our programs are designed to help beneficiaries rebuild their lives, develop sustainable means of livelihood, strengthen their independence, and become more resilient to future challenges. By supporting self-reliance and economic participation, we seek to move beneficiaries beyond immediate relief toward more sustainable and dignified living conditions.
Our organization places a high priority on promoting the spiritual well-being of the individuals, families, and communities we serve, including internally displaced persons.
We believe that every human person is a whole being, encompassing physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions. Consequently, our humanitarian mission extends beyond meeting material needs to recognizing the importance of the spiritual and psychosocial well-being of the people entrusted to our care.
Through appropriate, compassionate, and community-sensitive initiatives, we seek to support individuals and communities in maintaining hope, dignity, resilience, and a sense of purpose, particularly during periods of crisis, displacement, and hardship. In doing so, we respect the individual beliefs, values, dignity, and freedom of conscience of the people and communities we serve.
